Dear Younger Self You Are Now in The Presence.
A letter to my younger self….
As I sit down to talk to the younger me, I am filled with numerous emotions and memories from our shared past. I know you might find it hard to believe, but I am you older, wiser, and more experienced. If only I could go back in time and share the wisdom I have gained over the years, the journey would have been different for both of us. Furthermore, I wish I could have reached you at a sooner time but now is better than never, I am writing to you with the hope that you absorb my help and guidance.
First and foremost, I want you to know that you are enough. You often doubt yourself, seeking validation from others and comparing yourself to those around you. But let me assure you, you possess incredible potential and unique qualities that make you special. Embrace your strengths, nurture your passions, and have faith in your abilities. Believe in yourself, even when the world seems to doubt you. It is so natural to have feelings and get them hurt sometimes things aren't always going to go your way, it is all about the way you choose to respond and bounce back. It’s totally okay to overthink as well, it’s human but life is all about time and time has its own moment every minute so just embrace every minute you have and enjoy it and don’t take it for granite.
I know you often worry about the future, constantly consumed by thoughts of what lies ahead. Let me tell you something important; life is a beautiful and unpredictable journey. Don't be afraid of taking risks and stepping out of your comfort zone. Embrace every opportunity that comes your way, rather through challenges and adventures that you will discover your true potential. Embrace failure as a valuable teacher, for it will pave the way for future success. You will never know when you can reach your limit until you fail.
As you migrate through life, remember to prioritize your well-being. Take care of yourself, both physically and mentally. Pay attention to your health, eat well, exercise regularly, and get enough rest. Remember, self-care is not selfish but rather a necessary component of a fulfilling and balanced life. Self-care is based on when things that you do for yourself, and you feel at peace and free minded.
Relationships will play a significant role in your life, and it is important to choose them wisely. Surround yourself with people who uplift, support you, want to see you win, who share your values, you’re your aspiration. Cherish your family and friends, for they will be the shoulder you need to lean on when things go south. But remember, not everyone you encounter will have your best interests at heart. Learn to recognize toxic relationships and have the courage to let go. You deserve love, respect, and genuine connections. Always remember what momma told you, not everybody is your friend, theres a such thing as secret animosity.
I hope these words reassure you, dear younger self. As you embark on this incredible journey called life, remember to be true to yourself, stay curious, and embrace all the experiences that come your way. Trust your intuition, follow your dreams, and never lose sight of the incredible person you are and will become.
With love, Wisdom, and Hope,
Your older self.
